el ai (ayuno intermitente) es una forma de restricción calórica con lo cual ofrece muchos de los beneficios de esta, ahora bien...
¿cómo hacerlo?
hay muchas formas, una muy simple y que yo realizo es la siguiente:
primero. ๐Ÿ—“ elige un día de la semana que sea más tranquilo (poca actividad laboral o física) en mi caso el domingo.
y luego. ๐Ÿšซ simplemente no consumas calorías durante la mañana y tarde del día escogido (lo único que puedes ingerir son bebidas sin calorías tales como agua, café sin azúcar o infusiones).
por último. ๐Ÿฝ rompe el ayuno con la cena (procura que sea un plato muy bien balanceado y lleno de nutrientes).
plus. ๐Ÿ’ช puedes hacer una ligera actividad física justo antes de romper el ayuno para aprovecharlo al máximo (opcional).
โœ”listo!!! día de ayuno intermitente cumplido. puede realizarse una o dos veces máximo a la semana (personalmente sólo recomiendo un día a la semana).
โ˜ž durante el ayuno es buen momento de aportar nutrientes al cuerpo y muy especialmente fitonutrientes (contenidos en las hierbas) por ello es interesante el consumo de infusiones o tés.
โ˜ž mantente bien hidratado.
โ˜ž evita actividades demandantes física y emocionalmente (situaciones estresantes por ejemplo).
โ˜ž mantente ocupado con algo importante que tengas que hacer, así no estarás tan pendiente del hambre y además podrás emplear todo el tiempo que te ahorras al no cocinar ni comer.
โ˜ž puede ser interesante complementar con un multivitamínico para que no haya ninguna carencia de nutrientes (cabe mencionar que este multivitamínico ha de ser sin calorías).

hey speaking of what diet is correct for everyone, there isn’t one. everyone is different—thank goodness! sometimes our genes, although 99% similar, can vary widely in what’s turned “on” or turned “off”. i like to compare our genetic blueprint to a piano. all the keys are there, but some are pressed and some are not. this means there’s no way in hell that one diet can appease such a biodiverse population. there are genetic panels coming out that inform people of which #herbs and #diet is appropriate for your genes. did you know that your immune system may be tipped or imbalanced in one way or another (too much th1 or th2) & that certain herbs may not be suggested for you like they would be for another patient? .
here’s my point-keto, vegan, vegetarian, paleo...whatever you subscribe too...make sure you feel good. check for micronutrient deficiencies, get petroleum, stabilizers, fillers & additives and pesticides out of your diet, household products, makeup, & toiletries. check out the environmental working group’s water database to enter your zip code & see if your tap water is safe to drink. herbicides like round-up disrupt the #shikimate pathway in plants, arresting their amino acid production. where do you think we get amino acids? ummm?? ๐Ÿ˜ณ processed fillers like guar gum & the very enlarged & modified #gluten protein are nothing close to what they used to exist like in nature & some people are quite sensitive to this. removing gluten is one of the first things i do for my #hashimotos patients. sometimes this alone improves their antibody levels. meats pumped full of hormones & antibiotics are not ok for anyone. if you don’t eat meat, great! but for those of you that do, please stick to grass fed and #organic. .
sometimes patients need glandulars to heal. sometimes people go plant based & fix their constipation. others feel horrible being only plant based. ๐Ÿ”น
point is-we are all different. theres bioindividuality of genes, diet, stress. theres not one diet that fits for everyone. the only diet y’all should agree to is one that is not made in a lab.
