2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein
1 cup homemade cashew milk
1/2 tsp spirulina
1/4 tsp morninga powder

😓the temptation to punish yourself & try to somehow correct the mistake will be there. but in reality that is a rather counter productive approach⠀
binge & emotional eating are symptoms of a deeper issue and the most productive thing you could do immediately following a binge, is pause and take inventory of what just happened:⠀
👉where are you?⠀
👉what time of day is it?⠀
👉what were you doing?⠀
👉how were you feeling?⠀
👉what triggered it?⠀
✍️write these thing down in a journal 📓 and every time you slip up, pause to identify what happened and what's going on internal. the more introspection you do, the more insight you will begin to have in changing this behaviour⠀
🙅🏼doing excess cardio, starving yourself and engaging in negative self-talk only fuels the guilt & shame which ultimately does not serve you⠀
💪put the extra cals to use by crushing your workout, drink plenty of water and move onto your next meal as planned in a balanced manner⠀

it’s wednesday which means it’s weigh day for james and i again. i’m not feeling like it’s going to be a big loss but will see what happens. i’ve been 100% on plan but i just can’t see it this week. however, both james and i feel so much healthier on @slimmingworld even if i never lost any weight i’d want to follow this plan. it makes good sense doesn’t it? avoid f*t (but make sure you have your measured amounts of nutrients you need in healthy extras), and have all the fruit and veg. i have had so much more energy that i have been like a machine. james had to order me to have a little rest yesterday as my knees started hurting. i think for me, as soon as i feel able to move (after having issues with my mobility for so long), i just don’t want to stop. then i remember i damaged my foot from doing too much too soon, and i back off. i don’t want to damage my knees because i put them under too much strain just before the weight comes off and then be bothered by them even when i’m slim. anyway, today’s ramblings over, just to recap, feeling incredible and more mobile than i have for years. making us breakfast wraps to take to eat at group, this has become our weigh in tradition 😂

🌄today’s sunrise yoga flow ended with a longer time in meditation, as the sun shone beautifully into the room.
🧘♂️🌞🧘♀️meditation usually feels easier after an energetic asana practice. when the body warms up, the energy flows easier, the body relaxes, and we are able to settle both mind and body to the present moment.
