but what does it all really mean? it may sound silly or maybe even simple..but i like to research and read into things ๐Ÿค“
as i’ve read and believe, raising your vibe helps you reach a higher consciousness and better connect with our higher source. your vibe is your personal state of being! who wouldn’t want it as high as possible?! ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿป‍โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿป‍โ™€๏ธ
here’s a few ways on how to get on a higher vibration:
1. be conscious and intentional with the food you are eating ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ“๐ŸŒโœจ
2. practice gratitude daily ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ
3. stay active in which ever way gets your blood pumping ๐Ÿƒ‍โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ‍โ™‚๏ธ
4. meditate (something i currently don’t practice, but i want to!) i’m reading that 10 minutes a day can impact your lifestyle so positively..๐Ÿ˜
5. be conscious of your thoughts & mindful of what information you are taking in. ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ“š
i’m just breaking it down and putting some perspective on it. it’s powerful, trust me. plus, i’m still try to practice these things daily! there are so many things we can do to raise our vibration that will in return benefit us in so many ways. it’s a great way to keep your self staying positive too ๐Ÿ’›

so, before you actually start running any sort of ads, you should definitely have a sales process in place and a follow-up campaign ready to go. -

i would recommend that you should spend money on courses, books or coaches first until you get a better understanding of those concepts.
