here is the recipe for the delicious toasted quinoa cake👆🏼. should you decide to make it, tag me, i'd love to see yours 💕
100g gluten-free rolled flakes (buckwheat or oat flakes for instance)
100g quinoa (uncooked)
20g chia (about 2 tbsp)
20g ground flaxseed (about 2 tbsp)
1 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of sea salt
100g mashed banana (1 medium banana)
75g nut butter (i love my almond butter)
50g natural sweetener (5 medjool dates)
50g roughly chopped nuts (how about some brazilian nuts for extra selenium boost)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1. preheat the oven to 180c and line a round baking tin with parchment paper (mine is 20cm in diameter)
2. in a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flakes, quinoa, chia, flaxseeds, cinnamon and salt. stir in the banana, dates, nut butter, nuts and vanilla extract. mix well.
3. scoop into the baking tin and press down firmly to form cake shape. cook 15 to 20min or until golden. allow to cool completely before slicing it.
4. spread generously with your favorite nut butter and use any seasonal fruit as a topping. —

100 ml milch
3 el good eggwhites
15 g haferflocken
1 tl backpulver
1 tl guarkernmehl
2 prisen salz
0.5 - 1 el speiseöl 👉alle zutaten in eine tasse geben, alles miteinander vermischen und für 5 minuten bei 800 watt in die mikrowelle (höchste stufe deiner mikrowelle). fertig ist die saftige schnittchen. unsere empfehlung: frischkäse bestreichen und mit gurke toppen💚
