Chocolate banana tahini muffins 😵 life will never be the same again 😍 i just couldn’t wait to share these babies with you guys, and if you have the day off today, i highly suggest you make them!!! i’ve been storing them in the freezer and heating one up in the afternoon with tea or after dinner for a sweet treat! also, chocolate and monday’s are bff’s, just sayin. happy monday! ♥️🤗
muffins👉🏻 preheat oven to 350f
•4 mashed bananas
•1 room temp egg
•1/3c coconut sugar
in separate bowl mix:
•1c whole wheat pastry flour
•1/3c cacao powder
•1t baking soda
add wet to dry, and fold in 1/3c @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips. pour into greased muffin pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

protein banana bread with no added sugar - just 2 bananas, 1 scoop protein powder, 2 egg whites, 2 tspns baking powder, 170g flour, 150ml water and 10g sweetener and bake for 55 mins
baked oats using 120g oats, 3 eggs, 3 tbl spns quark, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 150ml non-dairy milk, 1 drop vanilla flavdrops, 1 two sweetner and a handful of blackberries! and bake for 20 mins (makes 12) #healthybaking#weightlossjourney#protein#mealprep
