guten morgen ihr lieben ✨- für mich startet der tag mit einer schüssel kurkuma porridge zusammen mit etwas soja joghurt, banane 🍌 und frischen beeren bevor es gleich endlich wieder zum yoga 🧘🏻♀️ geht. ansonsten steht bei mir für heute nichts spannendes an, aber das ist auch ok, denn nach letzter woche tut etwas entspannung auf jeden fall gut 😴

water🍶 is sometimes classified as a macronutrients. it is one of the body's most essential nutrients.
so, it's important to have the right combination of foods to make our meals nutrients-rich to achieve good health.
