(rus is below👇) i go on telling you about useful and tasty desserts in our coffee shop "love organic take away". last time it was about berry-nut🍓🌰 and chocolate sweets🍫. today i'll tell you about one more dessert, and i will also share my thoughts on packaging.
let me remind you that all our sweets are vegan and always fresh. we cook them every morning and only from organic ingredients. the composition does not contain ✖️refined sugar, gluten, lactose and any chemical flavour enhancers✖️. sweet accents place syrups: from agave and maple.
working out the menu, we took into consideration that we are in geneva, and we need to offer some kind of national dessert, which everyone here knows and loves. thus, we stopped our choice on tiramisu🍰. in general, it is a traditional and especially beloved dessert in all countries of europe, as well as in switzerland. our tiramisu is made from nuts🌰 with the addition of coffee and coconut milk🥛. it's interesting to watch the customers who taste this dessert for the first time. they like it, they say that it tastes like a real tiramisu, but they can’t define what ingredients the dessert is made of, they cannot understand. and the fact is that this cashew, when it is beaten in a cream, gives such an interesting and incomprehensible consistence😋. i am very glad that our vegan tiramisu was in the spirit of the people and guests of geneva🇨🇭
it took me a lot of time to think over packaging for our desserts. this was a difficult question for me, because vegan desserts, as a rule, are prepared on the basis of coconut milk. they are very convenient to serve somewhere in a coffee shop, where a person sits at a table and eats it on the spot. in such establishments, vegan desserts are more often presented in the form of cakes: a piece is cut off after the order is done, then they wait for 20 minutes for the piece to melt, and serve it. but our coffee shop works exclusively in the format of take away, and there is no guarantee that a person will eat dessert right away. and we still want customers to receive both taste and aesthetic pleasure👇
