just an all around flop as far as mentality goes. no zone. no flow. a really cloudy head. i'm many things. sometimes strong. sometimes weak. but i'm never a quitter 😤 so i completed all my programming.
which brings me to why i enjoy lifting so much. there's something about progressing and having that euphoric flow that really separates you from your head. then i think of where i was in life 2 years ago when i first began lifting...and i see that it strengthened me from the inside out.
so yeah even though today's sesh sucked, there's always tomorrow! boutta kick monday's b**t 💅
