Hi folksπŸ™‹πŸ»‍♂️ i was so exited, cause i tried the first time eeeever some "exotic" thing: vietnamese banh bao veggie burger🌏😻. the soft steamed yeast dough outside. inside avocado, salad, chili sauce & marinated eggplants with soy sauce & miso pasteπŸ”πŸΆ i would really love to send everyone a piece of that vegan burger!😊 would that be a good idea???

Happy international yoga day babes! i made it to wanderlust and it’s the cutest!🧘🏼‍β™€οΈβœ¨πŸ™πŸΌ @yogaglo asked me to share what yoga means to me in just one word and at first, i had a really hard time coming up with the word because yoga truly means so much to me and ultimately differs day to day on my mood. πŸ™πŸΌ but i tuned inward and went back to a word that would often pop up into my mind when asked to set an intention in class and that word is: love. my journey and my practice always lead me back to love, ultimately self-love but hey that’s two words! when i step onto my yoga mat my body image worries always melt away, instead of focusing in on what i don’t like about myself i’m somehow always able to focus on what i do love about myself while on my mat and even when i step off of it as well i’m able to love myself perfectly and completely. yoga has always been there when i needed it most. i used to think that sounded cheesy and i just didn’t “get it” when i heard others say that but to truly cultivate a yoga practice changes you from the inside out. yoga has made it possible for me to love more, to be more compassionate, and to love my body for everything it is capable of. #yogais #internationalyogaday #yogaglo #ad

Want an easy, light dinner to add your nutrition routine? πŸ˜‹ this combo i made on the weekend was delicious & full of flavor. there’s a lot you can do by adding garlic, sea salt & pepper to the mix. instructions below:
.
what you need:
4oz wild caught salmon
1 medium zucchini
1 tbsp pesto
handful of asparagus
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil
garlic
sea salt
pepper .
what to do:
step 1 - spiralize the zucchini (i love the paderno brand spiralizer)
step 2 - chop up the mushrooms, tomatoes & asparagus.
step 3 - spray a pan with non-toxic olive oil spray & cook the salmon stove-top (i like to cover the pan so it cooks more evenly).
step 4 - in a separate stove-top pan, add 1 tsp olive oil & garlic to pan. add the mushrooms, tomatoes & asparagus. sauté with sea salt & pepper. cook until mushrooms are soft.
step 5 - once the salmon is cooked through (becomes soft and flaky), remove from the stove.
step 6 - spray a clean pan with non-toxic olive oil spray. cook the spiralized zucchini with the pesto for a short time (you don’t want it to become too soft)
step 7 - plate & enjoy!
