Okay so i made this workout & have been using it with this playlist (playlist link in bio 🤗) for the past 2 weeks & it’s just too fun & intense to not share with y’all on here. working on your endurance for your abs, back, shoulders, and a lil arm help. done in 25 min✨you’re going to want a set of medium to light sized dumbbells. wanted to make a set with less equipment for y’all. this set killzzz. i hope you enjoy. personally i like pushing myself to the beat of music so that’s what i’ve done here with all the times for y’all. if you listen you’ll be flowing through these athletic drills at the change of toon🎶 hope this makes sense 🤷🏽‍♀️🤞🏽 definitely feel free to message me any questions 💜💜 song 1: otf➡️no video! warm up your body & get moving. movement prep focusing on your core, back, shoulders, and hips. song 2: m16 (original mix)➡️ 30 sec squat swings ➡️ oh db lateral tilt 4/4sec each side for total 30 sec➡️db punches 8/8 hit each side for 4 total ➡️reset with squat swings for 15 second➡️bring down to floor for start cardio burst at drop, 8 sec mountain climbers to jump up for 30 seconds total➡️reset with the squat sets and repeat from top❣️round 2 cardio burst goes a little bit longer. push it here 😜 song 3: get down➡️movement prep of knee up for 30 sec➡️ 8 knee drive each side repeat for 30 sec➡️side lunge to reach for 4 sec➡️ 4 knee drive each side repeat 4 total ➡️ side lunge to reach for 30 sec➡️finish with high knees 30 sec song 4: boom boom ➡️ 30 sec russian twists➡️15 sec v hold➡️45 sec flutters to shoulder raise ➡️30 sec russian twists ➡️finish with 45 sec flutters to shoulder raise song 4: body work ➡️ 45 secs ➡️db oh to crunch to shoulder oh press ➡️ seated oh shoulder press 30 sec ➡️back to db oh to crunch to shoulder oh press 30 sec ➡️breathe➡️db crunches 30 sec➡️finish full set of crunch to press 40 sec song 5: stay a while ➡️breath start at the drop 25 sec in ➡️ back extension shoulders down 25 sec (you can stay here the whole time if bringing your shoulders up is too much) ➡️30 sec arms front of body ✨whenever the beat stops working recovery of cat/cows✨ ➡️adding on add your legs to raise too➡️adding on add your arm pull back.

Here i am on a sandbar with the beach one one side and mountains on the other. how crazy amazing is that? that’s how unreal our planet is 🌎🌍🌏 go find the ocean, a river, a lake, a hill or mountain and take it all in. listen to the noises and look at your surroundings. it can be very therapeutic. i still deal with anxiety on a weekly basis and sometimes on a daily basis, but creating time to be outdoors by myself has been mind changing. anxiety and depression aren’t things that became cured or we get rid of. we learn how to cope with them and don’t let them govern our lives. we make small changes to make ourselves and our lives even better, to realise every day how lucky we are. 💫
