😊muchas veces caemos en comparaciones con nuestros pares, amigos o familia... de manera física, intelectual, exitos o en cualquier ámbito y el gran error es que todos somos diferentes y en la vida vamos buscando los que nos hace feliz... esa felicidad no es la misma para el otro.
entonces...desde hoy empecemos a comparar a esa persona que fuimos hace unos años, meses o semanas.. y celebremos los pequeños cambios que vamos viendo en nosotros..cada pasito que damos es el éxito de nuestro esfuerzo.

My meal prep for the first 3 days of my week. my week is short at the salon because my in laws will be in town and i know we will be doing a lot of eating out. but with that being said you guys i will be paying attention to what i’m eating while we are out and choose wisely. also no appetizers for me.
i have my chocolate recovery , my pre workout, and my pumpkin spice superfoods (breakfast). for lunch i made organic ground chicken with taco seasoning a jalapeño and yellow pepper with one serving of brown rice. my snack is my chocolate peanut butter beach bars and i also have two hard boiled eggs. tacos just sounded good for the week🌮🌮🌮. if only margaritas were aloud😂. anywho i’m ready for week 6 of #liift4. hope everyone had a great sunday.

I rarely do transformation pictures. mainly because they aren’t ever really drastic and that’s because i try really hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle all year round. however, my body does change throughout the months (these are two months apart). if i slack on my diet and workouts i gain a little weight and when i’m stricter with my diet i get back to the more shredded look. personally i think both are great! the first picture i was enjoying life a little more and not caring so much about my body f*t percentage. however the past month i went through a few life changes and in order to cope, i chose to focus a lot on my health. i have been working out a lot more to get some good endorphins flowing to keep me positive, as well as cooking lots of healthy meals to nourish my body to make me feel energetic and happy.•
both of these are healthy weights for me and as the year goes on, i go back and forth which is perfectly fine with me! don’t get too caught up in looks. focus on how you feel on the inside and how you want to look will follow when you’re taking care of yourself from the inside out. self love is the most important thing you can do for yourself! •
