Who is your representation, and what does it say about you? -
i created this image/quote this morning while working on my new online program, launching early 2019. -
i became inspired by my own history of failed relationships, where i allowed myself to be embarrassed by the actions of others. i repeatedly put myself in a position to be represented by people i felt the need to make excuses for. this was my pattern to break, and i know now more than ever where it stemmed from. when you are exposed to a parent who’s reckless behaviors are normalized, your baseline or tolerance for disrespect seems to blur... and this is not an excuse. it’s a call to action... to identify your patterns and change them. -
Question for my ig friends !! let’s get to know each other a bit better 😊. ❤❤❤ what is your love language? ❤❤❤ according to gary chapman, there are 5 love languages
1) quality time
2) words of affirmation
3) physical touch
4) acts of service
5) receiving gifts.
in the comments below rate in order what fills your cup into overflow from most important to least.

Planting new seeds in hopes of changing a few lives into better, happier more loving experiences 🥰💋 working on a special project to help others work through mental, physical or emotional abuse from their partner. recognizing the signs and help them recover after an abusive relationship(s). children are sponges 🧽 they will remember and execute this trauma into their own relationships 😳
T’is the season to be giving, but why not give all the time? give to those less fortunate, give to family and friends, give to yourself, and give to your partner – there is a whole range of random acts of thoughtfulness to choose from to show how much you care
Brilliantly said by @mariannewilliamson during online lecture when someone in the audience asked “where do i find the confidence to pursue big dreams and become successful?
the key to #confidenceandsuccess is realizing that you are not a big deal”
what does it mean? let your confidence stem from what you create –from a calling within you-calling to what you love to do-or a calling that is bigger than you. i try to focus on doing my part and not get consumed in what my clients or people would think if i am good or not a good coach. #iamnotbigdeal or responsible to any transformation, i am only a contributor, a piece of your puzzle. see the massive freedom and its impact on your life and others ?
