I have found the perfect granola! it ticks all the boxes ✅ •

@eattroo offer this warmed spiced ginger granola with nuts and seeds. the best bit is that it’s gluten free, low in sugar, great for the gut health and high in fibre! i had it as a snack today with some @alpro yoghurt and berries. mum has already got her eyes on it 😂


i love the paper packaging, it’s in my favourite colour and is plastic free !! it’s great when companies think about the world and do what’s best.

Goooood morning 👋🏼 starting the day here with a golden glow chia pudding ✨ recipe is:
• 3 tbsp chia seeds • 1 cup coconut milk • 1 tbsp of golden latte powder (i used the immunittea mix from @thesourcemitcham )
• 1 tsp stevia powder
mix mix mix then pop into the fridge over night and in the morning top with fruit and granola! ✨🍌🌵💦🌈🔥💥🍉🍋 boom! happy friday!! what should i cook for dinner tonight? pizzas? burgers? nachos? all made healthier of course 💁🏼‍♀️ // #goldenlatte #chiapudding #turmericlatte

Pre adventure fuel 🌿 oats sit so well in my stomach and are usually a go-to when i’m looking for a breakfast option that will keep me full.
recently i’ve decided to stop adding any sweetener to my oats and it’s actually worked out quite well (if you know me, then you’ll know i’ve come a long way since the day i first tried oats).
this morning’s bowl consists of 1/2 cup oats with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, slow cooked over the stove.
then i topped er with local blueberries and raspberries from @bobsfruitstand as well as banana, chia seeds, h**p hearts, and quinoa puffs.
oh and you can’t forget the heaping spoonful of peanut butter... a must 💁🏻‍♀️
local fruit is the best thing about summer (or close to it, anyway).
i rarely eat berries in the winter because they aren’t in season and you can definitely taste the difference.

Sharing these banana blueberry muffins today. they’re #grainfree and #lowcal plus they have about 4 grams of #fibre per muffin. tip: make these at night and let them sit overnight before eating to let the flavour sink in. they’re so much better the second day!
ingredients ▪️3 ripe bananas, mashed ▪️2 eggs
▪️2 tbsp coconut sugar
▪️1 tsp vanilla
▪️1/4 cup coconut milk
▪️1/4 cup banana flour
▪️1/4 cup coconut flour
▪️1/4 cup psyllium husk (you can try subbing with ground flax)
▪️1 tsp baking soda
▪️1 tsp baking powder
▪️1 cup blueberries
directions
1. preheat oven to 350 and line a muffin pan
2. in a bowl whisk together the eggs and sugar. once combined add in the bananas, vanilla and coconut milk. mix until combined.
3. in a small bowl mix together the flours, psyllium husk, baking soda and powder.
4. add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir. once combined add in the blueberries
5. evenly distributed into the muffin tins.
6. bake for 30 minutes. let sit over night and enjoy!

I must confess nutella is one of my favourite spreads on bread. it even gives my number one favourite- butter, a strong run for my affection. seeing the true contents of what's in the jar that transports me to heaven and back is simply heart breaking. now, i find it even difficult to feed this to my children.

Yesterday i had very nice day in bath with two other girls who are here like au pairs. we had some picnic and we walked around the bath because weather here is just amazing so far. i really hope it will last until i go home. 😁
anyway, today i was running in the morning and then i prepared myself this amazing tripple sandwich with some boiled eggs and onion chutney. plus some potato salted rings which were so delicious! 😍 now i have some time digest a bit and then i am going to prepare myself because i am heading to meet a frined in a near village in the afternoon. 😊 hope you are enjoing your weekend as well! 😊
