Y'all, i need to finish this house before i lose my ever-loving mind. i am so indecisive and with every passing day i'm wanting to change what i want to do to it!

Slowly, but surely making progress on this tiny little bungalow.
we (my dad & bf) have been hard at work laying these floors! hopefully installing the kitchen cabinets this week so we can finish up the living/dining space. ✨
Making progress on this little house! finally, found someone to tile my shower, the cabinets are almost completed and floors are coming along! i also purchased a couch, bar stools, bathroom fixtures and a marble vanity top and im so excited about it! .
new goal: be in the house by thanksgiving (t-5 weeks) ✨
Yay! finally got these bad boys up! (filmed a few weeks back)
super easy diy string light posts 💡 inspired by @fmicklow 😘thanks friend!
all you need...big flower pots, quick setting cement, 8ft wooden beams, string lights, maybe some flowers on top!🌼 .
tip- if you plant flowers over the concrete, be sure to drill holes in the flower pots so the soil can drain 🌱
Shopping with clients to decide the paint color for her rental property is fun. it turns out i buy a set for my home as well.
how to choose a right color for your home?
painting with cool colors such as blues, greens and purples makes small rooms appear larger and more airy while colors such as reds, yellows and oranges will give a room a more vibrant appearance. you can vary the warmth even with a red or yellow by choosing muted shades of those colors such as pink, peach or a buttery yellow. if you are looking for a calm ambience in your bedroom, choose lighter shades of either cool or warm colors.
if you are in the process of selling your house, i recommend selecting a white or off-white color as the choice for walls. this will allow the buyer to easily cover the wall with their choice of color and will give your rooms a brighter and clean appearance.
