i absolutely love making my own sauces because then there is no question on what the ingredients are and how it was made! plus the prep and execution takes such little effort, it's an easy addition to my weekly meal prep👍
tomatillo salsa #recipe -tomatillos, 1lb -poblano pepper, 1
-red onion, 1 -basil, handful
-garlic, 2 cloves
roast all vegetables, except basil (and only half the onion! the other half will go in raw) in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes
then toss roasted veggies into the blender with the other half of onion that is raw, handful of basil, evoo & salt & pepper to taste
and blend to desired consistency!

of fire-roasted tomatillos, poblano and anaheim peppers & roasted mango over mesquite wood, roasted mango, chopped peaches, 2 bushels of cilantro, finely diced onion, himalayan salt, pepper and oregano, and a squeeze of lime juice marinade.
