for the past month our entire crew has been hustling hard, working long hours, dealing with crazy busy rushes, trying their best to offer great service while learning a new menu, in a new space, and keeping a smile on their face.
the restaurant business is not an easy life, and opening a new restaurant is not easy on anyone, but the people you work with and the friendly faces you meet each day make it worth it!
🍦— how could i say no to ube ice cream?
this ice cream was intense in ube flavor and i wouldn’t have it any other way. the added torched marshmallow was a nice touch and the employee even waited for me to get out my camera to shoot the torching process. plus, @milkbombicecream has some of the nicest employees! what’s the best ice cream topping you’ve tried?
