(not a dietitian) but come on.. 1# abs are made in the kitchen 2# genetics play errr about 75% 👏🏼 some hold their “fat” in their tummy and some in their booty. visceral f*t (tummy fat) is mostly inherited... and surprise surprise it’s the easiest to lose...
if it is done the correct way. fitness and dietary changes are the long term ways to blast that stubborn fat. hiit? high intensity interval training will melt f*t while keeping that hard earned muscle 💪🏼 #steadystate will break down all that muscle you’ve been pushing for! #juicing, #keto, #carbcycling and all the other “fad” diets will 🙌🏼yes🙌🏼 get you short term results!!!! woot woot! but whatttt about after? what happens when you eat solid food🤦🏼♀️ eat carbs?!? easy peasy people... you gain it back and then some. any diet will work if followed through with (duh). however the 🔑 long term success is consistency 👏🏼slow clap 👏🏼 trust me! when i had abs it was after i carried almost two six pound babies at one time. i did not juice.. i did not keto... i ran. i ran like forest gump. and i lifted 3-4 hours a day. annnnnd all of my meals were measured and weighted and i dared not touch anything else. point is... wanna be a competitor? awesome! wanna be a fit mama? awesome! wanna eat whatever and not worry about it? awesome! whatever makes you happy.. go for it! for me? i’m working on getting back to my “ripped” state but ya know what? i friggin love eating mac and cheese with my husband and kids. and so what my 6 pack won’t shine 🤔 everything else will 😉 it’s all about balance.
