some random wisdom:
at this site there was a path, i did not follow this path but instead climbed the boulders on the side to see what was there. this led me to a far greater view than the original 'viewing point' of the trail.
💃🏻tiny improvements aren’t sexy, but d****t do they work.
a tiny shift in habits compounded over a year (for example) can change your life drastically.
inspired by @james_clear, this concept proves that what you do today is really important in the grand scheme of things. even if it’s unnoticeable, it will make a difference.
so, instead of going after the big goals by taking big action, take small actions consistently. this strategy takes a lesser toll on your willpower and discipline and will increase your chances of success.
now, imagine the lines are curved (exponentially). typically, when we start a tiny habit, it grows and leads to other good habits.
