I want to share a little bit about a trip that was an experience in my life changing journey. 🚘 it was a 2 week road trip in nz while absolutely broke. it came down to choosing between food v.s gas . seriously .... i lived off dollar gluten free crackers and canned tuna.🥘 however, i wouldn’t have changed it for the world! my trip taught me not to stress about the little things because there was always a way to come out of it and really. was that little thing going to hinder my life tomorrow? or in the next month? no. it truly put things into perspective. it taught me to reconnect to myself so i could always know exactly what i was missing (i.e. unplugging from the world, but plugging into nature ) 📱 i had no cellphone service and would check in periodically when we hit a big city with my mom telling her i was okay ahah! i hope you folks reading this have you some insight on the #smallthings in the world! 🌍
Part 4 of our amazing blog! as they left yesterday, it was incredible to see. the man that walked up my driveway that was hard as a rock on the outside. he was a man that didn’t like getting too close to people, now turned into the gentle, caring, fun- loving guy i could see within. he went from not being able to look me in the eyes to always looking at you with actual presence. from being always sidetracked to truly taking in the moment. you could see he finally saw light, hope, and beauty in this life. his ambitious drive firing through from passion and living life as his true authentic self, again.
sometimes all it takes is being aware, having someone help you break down those walls. it isn’t necessarily easy, but the changes that can occur are something far more spectacular than i can ever put in words. if you are a healer, a coach etc. never underestimate your powers. people show up in your life when they are meant to. doesn’t matter if it’s 10 minutes or 60 minutes. you can help someone in an incredible way. for those who aren’t healers but resonate to this story. reach out to someone. you may get the clarity and willingness to change. to be able to find what you are seeking.
Part 3 of the #infiniteblog 🙌⛰you see, this moment acted as a catalyst for him to start shifting. we broke down the emotions deeper and talked as if it were a written mathematical equation for all his following actions from that trauma to now. he finally had clarity. with that clarity came a sense of calmness and peace. the weight lifted off his shoulders.
We wanted to share part two of our blog with you folks! this talks about our body talks and a friend of mines friend this past weekend! 👋🏽 bit of time passes and these two guys arrive. my one friend, as per usual, friendly and enthusiastic to see me. the other whom i’m meeting, i could see and feel that he was such a gentle soul. however, his exterior and stance was the most rigid thing i had ever seen. this guy had been through a lot in his life and you could see through his eyes the pain and struggle he faced, yet still so caring.
Part one of our blog #infiniteblog ⛰💆🏼♀️
i’m just here reflecting on the weekend of unanticipated breakthroughs and laughter.
i thought i would share this story because i think it may give some of you some fire to actually get up and do something about where you are or even give you the encouragement for you to realize you are more powerful than you realize.
