Feel home somewhere is not easy... but when you get this feeling, it's worth it forever😍😊✔️🔝
This post makes me feel vulnerable, but here goes... recently i experienced a very dark time in my life, and found that the only thing that gave me solace and hope was reconnecting with the arts and it’s unique ability to connect and express what we feel we have lost. this gave me a sense of life, purpose and vibrancy i thought i could never rediscover.
last week i learnt i had been accepted to the american academy of dramatic arts with a top merit scholarship, and was absolutely elated and shocked! in spite of feeling like i was nothing (ouch), the final audition was the happiest and most alive i could remember feeling. this achievement and opportunity inspires hope for the future, and proves we can always push beyond current circumstance and create the new.
we only live once, and our time is limited - and i fully hope to spend my time on this earth being the very best i am able to be, fulfilling all potential and every opportunity.
and now, the remaining obstacle between bringing this achievement to fruition is garnering the final funding beyond my academy scholarship. obviously i am working my b**t off to save, and have been researching different options exhaustively: any additional gems of knowledge or advice regarding sponsorships and grants from you wonderful people would be incredible and so gratefully received!
Sitting here waiting for my flight (actually early for once 😋) and reflecting on how incredible this weekend has been at summit and i just can't help but feel filled with absolute love, inspiration, and a desire to dream big for myself, for my family, and also most importantly for everyone i personally coach and work with to help them achieve their goals too💗
this job of mine isn't always easy, it does take some time and dedication daily...but it's one of the most inspiring, rewarding, and fun😍 jobs that i am lucky enough to have! this weekend i got to hear such inspiring stories of people that have changed their lives and others, i got to spend time with my teammates from all walks of life and soak up all the love and laughter between each other, and now i get to go home with all the great information we learned and share it with my team and also the people i get to personally work with to help them all achieve their goals 💗
it's incredible what can come into your life when you just open yourself up to possibilities and positivity. the friendships are real, the transformations are real, and the life changing experiences are real! you just have to step out of your comfort zone, be willing to try, and believe in yourself that anything is possible! #ibelieveinme#ibelieveinyou#coachsummit#summit2018#indianapolis#fitfam#beyourbestself#coachlife#lifeyourbestlife#positivevibes#positiveminds#fitmama#momlife#sahm#wahm#enjoylife#experiencenewthings#empower#inspire#love#flyinghome
I learnt an interesting mathematical analysis of happiness and it’s quest today. we all are born with pranic energy and it is our job to ensure our energy is well spent and it isn’t accumulated or stagnated. we indulge in unnecessary food habits and other entertaining activities instead of mindful activities like mediation or relaxation to maintain this energy balance. so the topic is how to maintain happiness without involving sense pleasures. any thoughts? comments ? if this is something you’ve never thought of before , then probably worth giving it some thought 🙏💕 👗 @dharmabumsactive 📷 @dblexander

alright, hand on your heart- who drinks 2,5liters of water a day?! no? me neither! working as a kinder garten teacher you rather make sure that everyone else is taken care of but yourself. i used to do that challenge before and the results spoke for itself. so i decided to give it another try. i drank at least 3 liters per day. i think 85% of that was water and the rest was juice or mate tea. ;) the left picture was taken exactly one month ago when i was invited to a wedding. (i did my make up 2 hours before that picture). the right one was taken today-after set up and serving two services at church! and my skin is still glowing! overall i feel much better, more energized and my skin feels amazingly soft! it also helped me to know the difference between being hungry or more likely thirsty! did you know that you are already dehydrated when feeling thirsty? a major help with staying on track was a nutrition app and a 0.75 liters bottle to not get confused with how much i already drank. i also lost a bit weight-but that wasn’t the goal. if you have any questions - write a pm or comment! stay hydrated people- especially when it’s super hot outside!
