journée bien chargée pour moi aujourd’hui puisque demain c’est en quelques sortes ma rentrée avec le début de mon nouveau boulot.

pour fêter ce dernier jour de vacances rien de tel qu’une fournée de cookies au chocolat. je vous remets la recette pour être sûre que vous ne la manquiez pas et d’ailleurs pour ne pas l’oublier je l’ai carrément écrite dans mon bullet. ils sont si bons que j’en ai refait déjà plusieurs fois. .

macros pour 1 cookies : 153 calories - 7g l / 19g g / 2g p .

🌸recette pour 14 cookies 🌸

1. préchauffer le four à 180 degrés
2. dans un saladier mélanger 75g de beurre mou avec 100g de sucre de canne @markal_bio et 2 sachets de sucre vanillés. battez au fouet pendant 1 min
3. ajoutez un oeuf et battre à nouveau
4. incorporez 150g de farine @markal_bio et un demi sachet de levure chimique petit à petit puis 100g de pépites de chocolat (j’ai cassé une tablette en morceaux) @nestledessert_officiel sans trop pétrir
5. formez 14 boules puis écrasez les pour obtenir une épaisseur de 1 cm sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfurisé
6. cuire 10 à 12 min et laissez refroidir à l’air libre
7. dégustez sans oublier de me le dire si vous vous êtes régalés avec ma petite recette. (#lesrecettesdemariediary)

Going too hard?⁉️


with weightlifting being as popular and prominent in social media as it is, i think a lot of people are getting the wrong information when it comes to how much they should be putting their bodies through. the majority of people are looking to gain muscle (whether that be a small or large amount), and i see a lot of people training to failure on every set or hitting the gym for 2 hours 7 days a week. although you might think that the more you train, the more you'll gain, this can actually be hindering your progress.

what happens when we lift weights? we're causing damage to our muscles and that damage sends a signal to our brains to make them stronger so they won't suffer the next time we hit the gym. with that being said, our bodies have to heal the damage before they build on top of it. in other words, we have to give our bodies time to recover. otherwise, if we're constantly in the gym damaging our muscles, they will be in a constant state of healing and won't ever enter the growing phase.

what does all of this even mean? well, for those who train with crazy intensity or frequency, you might be slowing down your progress. take a minute to really evaluate how much time you're giving your muscles to heal and build. as @hubbellfitness would say, the goal is to be doing the least amount of work for the most results. you may surprise yourself if you cut back on the frequency of your workouts. just some food for thought. happy monday fam! 💕

Na základe sťažností, že pridávam veľmi nastajlované fotky pridávam tento zázrak ☝🏽😳 s @papi_hair_design vopred ďakujeme za tie 3 lajky, ktoré dostaneme. snažili sme sa na maximum. uvažovala som aj n*d fotkou ráno po prebudení, ale keďže pred 17tou v zásade nepijem nemala som dosť odvahy🤭inak tento košický kaderník naozaj šikovne farbí vlasy a nie, neplatí mi za reklamu🤧
