a differenza degli altri, l’ 1vs1 lavora soprattutto sulle responsabilità e sul coraggio dei ragazzi. sono loro, da soli, a dover risolvere un problema, nel modo migliore possibile.

siamo di fronte a uno scenario che volenti o nolenti avrà un impatto importante sulla nostra economia, a prescindere dal come la pensiamo politicamente o anche solo pragmaticamente rispetto a tutta la faccenda del virus, di come il governo stia gestendo la situazione ecc... quello che voglio dire è che anche e soprattutto da una situazione difficile si può imparare qualcosa. anzi, è forse proprio solo nelle situazioni difficili che ci si ritrova costretti a riflettere e a cambiare comportamenti nei confronti dei quali si è sempre fatta una certa resistenza.

questo momento storico rappresenta e rappresenterà sempre di più una "livella" come la definiva totò.
alcune palestre purtroppo inevitabilmente chiuderanno. altre verranno ricacciate al punto di partenza e faranno fatica a risalire la china, o forse non ce la faranno davvero mai. per tantissimi trainer sarà ancor più impegnativo trovare clienti.
ci sarà "meno" sul piatto, che verrà accaparrato da quei pochi che sapranno farsi trovare pronti al nastro di partenza.

tutti i vizi, le scuse, le giustificazioni per non fare, per non studiare, per non approfondire... tutti i vari "ma non ho tempo..." o peggio "ma ho altre cose da fare..." ora volenti o nolenti verranno al pettine.

cosa serve per essere pronti al futuro? le stesse cose delle quali parlo da oltre 10 anni:

formarsi costantemente
capacità di ascolto e osservazione verso l'atleta
competenza
guidare con l'esempio

unito a queste caratteristiche, è necessario abbandonare per sempre le scuse, il non crederci, la "rimandite", le giustificazioni, il non avere tempo e tutto ciò che vi mantiene in quell'area di confort.
