There are many ways you can do high intensity interval training (hiit) also commonly referred to as "metabolic conditioning" (met con)
all methods revolve around short bursts of hard efforts followed by rest periods. it is great for assisting f*t loss, cardiovascular fitness, & time-effective workouts! 😉
here's my met con workout of the day as a example of some ideas for y'all! this was my last set lol 100% leg burner i could barely jump at all after the sled everytime 🤣 .
complete circuit as hard and fast as possible, no rest between exercises - 3-5min rest after each round - repeat 4 times! 👇👇👇
1) squat jump sled push
2) sled sprint back
3) box jumps x 10
4) lateral box springs x 10
5) slam ball burpees x 10
