Failure is part of the process. fail. fail again and fail often. don’t get it messed up and welcome it. just saying if it happens don’t lose your cool. that never makes things better. know this, your body will get better and stronger as long as you keep putting in the work. it ain’t always rainbows, cupcakes and unicorns. my mind was there but my body said “πŸ–•πŸ˜’ good one duke”. key is to find another way to win and keep moving forward. keep chipping away where you can and always bring it. .

first run outside in a long time! today was a perfect day for it! #fallcolorsfordays!
it definitely wasn’t my fastest but i just kept trotting along. trying to get back into running shape for the two races i have in november.
not every run will be perfect. not every workout will be the greatest. but the fact that you got up, got active, and did your best in the moment - that’s what matters!
