Keto or not keto, protein is very essential for your health. protein is an important component of every cell in the body. hair and nails are mostly made of protein. your body uses protein to build and repair tissues. you also use protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood.
and when it's comes to vegetarian source of good quality protein we have always struggling to get. but paneer (indian cottage cheese) can become superhero for you. specially if you are keto because it is a good combination of protein + fat.

November keto month challenge 🙂🙂🙂challenging myself to explore new forms of healthy option and inspiration.
meal 1 : lauki juice with black salt
meal 2 : quinoa flour roti with paneer burner
meal 3 : soya curry (was full so avoided roti)
ran for a apple in the evening
meal 4 : home dry roasted chipea +green tea(favourite)
meal 5 : half cucumber
meal 6 : brocolli soup
yeah the list looks big however will be adding the receipe and result of the diet process soon.
100 gms paneer
25 gms cheese
1tbsp pizza /marinara sauce
100 gms mixed veggies
1. mash paneer well with salt
2. make a round base with paneer, apply sauce, top with veggies, cheese and pizza seasoning
3. bake for 12 minutes
4. cut n serve
