Testing a recipe for a low fodmap mug cake mix that i could keep in my drawer at work and eat when a craving for sweet hits me! it can be so hard for me when people bring in donuts and kolaches (a czech/texan baked good) so i am aiming to have my own option available.
this try came out a bit thick. i'll try more liquid next time!
