these were sets of 30/20/10 squats, lunges, shoulder taps, mountain climbers, press ups, bent over row followed by 10 min amrap of 4 different exercises then the challenge for this week (on previous post) 💪🏻💯🔥
now ready for this evenings class lots of money donated already thank you everyone 🙏🏻
Sometimes all it takes is to get out in that fresh air to clear your head. although i feel like i've avoided it all week.
with dudley progressing to the sideless cot and regressing to bedtime hysteria, andy and i altenately being up all night to replace said hysterical toddler, my hair straighteners not turning on (how ridiculous is it that this irritated me!) the dog food being extortionate on every available platform and then me ordering it from the wrong place and it taking 2 days to get to us (poor dog on rice and leftovers) and the general hustle and bustle of life alongside working and mumming at the same time - yes, my choice as it's more financially viable for us than paying childcare and doing c****y office work. i'd just about had it this week.
oh and it bloody raining on friday morning again!!! (about 2 months of friday morning rain)
but.. we went up to the reservoir and cleared our heads and i feel so much better for it! the dogs walked (and fed!) dudley's been outdoors and i've had a moment to reflect. life's good again. (until bedtime)
