spreaded some @meadowmarrowbonebroth (salty deliciousness - good way to get in some extra gut loving goodness) on a piece of @nograineraustralia almond loaf that i toasted straight from the freezer, and topped it with 1/2 a small avo and sprinkling of dukkah. sautéed a couple of mushies in garlic + organic grass-fed butter and wilted through some spinach. threw it on a (beautiful @madeinjapantableware ) plate with a mound of homemade k***t and topped it all with some mandatory @myhemple h**p seeds.
now it’s mango time 🥭🤤
Vegetarian #keto #breakfeast. flax & chia coconut mik porridge with homemade strawberry marmalade and clarified butter. i’m trying hard to find a local take on this - coconut or soy milk from far away seems to be inevitable since oat milk has a lot of carbs. chia seeds are great, but from south america. oh well. a fun little puzzle for me to solve.
macros: 40 g. of fat, 13 g. of protein and 7 g. total carbs. carbs are mainly fibers but i count total.
