Make nutrition as simple as you can for your lifestyle.
that means limiting your options. i eat two different breakfasts 99% of the time.
✔️oatmeal with protein powder,cinnamon and some kind of berry stirred into it.
how much oatmeal? enough to keep me full for at least 3 hours.
✔️eggs,meat,fruit and a piece of rye, sourdough or whole wheat toast. depends on what’s the freshest at bakery.
how many eggs? enough to keep me full 3 hours. i do 1-2 eggs and egg whites. -fruit is always berries or maybe an orange.
i don’t know a single person who manages their weight and body composition that doesn’t limit their options and cook the majority of their food.
