3 awesome years of working out at sports&health, now one life. i’m really going to miss that gym, i’ve been to 3 gyms so far in maryland and none compare. my parting gift was making out on squat at 475lbs. i just wish shawn didn’t say “up up up” before i passed 90 degrees 😭😭
Today was a quick one & basic leg day, but it was fiiiirrrree 🤪🔥🔥 leggings are @fabletics !! 😊 it’s snowing l**o so i’m definitely ready to enjoy a night in watching movies w all my friends ✨ have a wonderful weekend everyone!
⏺ barbell back pause squats - 4 sets of 8 reps (3 second pause, this was my 4th set of these soooooo pause a little longer than me)
⏺ barbell reverse lunges - 4 sets of 10 reps on each leg
⏺ sumo goblet pause squats - 4 sets of 8 reps

⏺ heavy kb rdl’s - 2 sets of 8 reps
⏺ back extensions - 2 sets of 20 reps (10 weighted, 10 body weight and achieve time)
