Face pulls are one of my go to shoulder warm up exercises and a staple for overall shoulder health. this was also the first time i’ve done standing shoulder presses and probably will do them randomly but not regularly because it doesn’t feel like a safe movement for my shoulder. and lastly since i did shoulders first and knew doing chest after i wouldn’t be able to push my normal weight i decided to try banded slight incline presses and d**n was it a good change of pace. thanks @exclusivestache for the chest video
Doing a variation of bent over rows with a hex bar. my hip gets bothered if i do standard barbell rows. if your gym has one of these bars give this a try! and in the second video i’m working on my vacuums .
