What a day wellington! first run back post wuu2k and a lovely run with @brendanoceallaighnz along the waterfront. it was great to chat about the race and hear how brendan got on and i got to see real stitches from where he ripped his shin open mid race 😱 #hardcore

Just a little warm. ☀️ now that i’m back on the sub base for good, lunch runs are returning! my last week with the strike group was too busy to leave early enough to run before picking up hadley; so this was a tough, 23:08 5k (7:24, 7:17, 7:44), but i’m trying to get my time back down to what it was before i got sick so i can keep up with the frogmen in a couple weeks. 🐸 #runningsandiego#singlemomproblems#motherrunner
Did my workout run today! i've been following the #run4prs half marathon training plan, and it has been a little hard to reach the miles for some of the runs with my work schedule and just life (you know how it goes.) thankfully, i was able to get in touch with them and find out that i can still do the workout within the hour i have for lunch, but just modified. i was still able to do the actual work out itself by keeping the warm up to 1 mile and then cutting the cool down back a bit.
today was a fun one! 1 mile warm up and then 4 x 30 second repetition pace with 90 sec jogs in between and then 3x 0.75 at interval pace with 1.5 min jog between, then cool down.

run du mardi et 1er run après notre victoire en coupe du monde. donc forcément, quand on court avec un italien et ses 4 ⭐️, on est obligé de rendre un petit hommage à zinédine @ zidane... #neverforget
sinon on est passés au crillon, on a fait quelques interviews pour @ lciofficiel et @ europe1, puis on a enchaîné sur le louvre, st michel, les quais et la tour eiffel.
