Happy monday!😎 post workout breakfast was avocado nachos, tortilla chips, tacos.. or whatever else you want to call them🤔 but this combo was the bomb🙌🏼 love to scoop everything up & dip the tortillas in the egg🤤 . @foodforlifebaking ezekiel sprouted grain tortilla panfried on each side until slightly crispy & cut into triangles, topped with mashed avo, s&p, red pepper flakes & fresh lemon juice + 1 pasture-raised panfried crispy egg🍳 + bell peppers, onions & crimini mushrooms sautéed in skillet with olive oil & garlic powder + a bed of arugula🌿🙌🏼 hope you’re all having a great start to your week!😚

How many of you have gone grocery shopping and got home to realize you’ve forgotten something, went to the store for two items and walked out with a cart full? told yourself, “i’m only grabbing healthy foods..” , and ended up in the bulk candy isle👀 mmmhhhm. anyone, end up spending way more than they had budgeted? if so, 1.) you’re not alone & 2.) i’ve been there.. done that! read below as i explain how these 4 tips can help you save time, money, and overall make grocery shopping more pleasurable efficient experience! - first off, i understand folks, @wegmans & @target are magical f*****g places. you have such good intentions to not over spend and get in and get out of the store until... well... you’re walking out of the store one hour later.. with a cart of “thingsss” and a receipt longer than santa’s wishlist!📝 then you’re wondering, “how the f**k did i end up here.. and why did i just buy all this stuff” - tip number 1: seems like a no brainer, but make a grocery list. now a days you don’t even have to write your list on paper and then be worried about losing it, because you can simply write it out in the note pad on your phone! a list will save you time, save you from forgetting an important item, and keep you focused on getting only things you need. - tip 2: depending on your list of things you need, either grab a small basket, a cart or no cart! now how is this helpful? imagine this scenario, or it may have actually happened to you in the past. you need 1 item from the store, but for some odd reason you grab a small basket.. now magically you’re at the register with a basket full of things.. hmm funny how that works ayyy? - tip 3: shop around the perimeter of the store. majority of healthy food choices are around the outside of the store... fresh produce isle, coolers with your meats and items that are perishable. obviously you will find some healthy options in inside isles, just as you can find some unhealthy choices around the outside of the store, but mainly things in inner isles are processed, packaged, non perishable food items that shouldn’t make up the majority of your haul! - continue in comments below⬇️⬇️

“6 months ago, i would’ve told you that my only goal was to lose weight. i was deeply depressed and miserable and had absolutely no self confidence. i signed up with @lauren_lett with @thebodybiz and honestly had no idea of the transformation that was going to take place. i was skeptical and quite honestly, terrified. after a s****y divorce and then jumping into a relationship that completely exploded in my face, i was at my breaking point. i was beyond desperate to find myself and to be happy with me. during these 6 months, i quit several times. i turned to other destructive ways of coping and was so deep in depression that it was hard to even look in the mirror. finally, a switch went off where i was so sick of it that i fully emerged myself into striving for a healthy lifestyle. i quit drinking and worked hard at not waking up everyday feeling bad about myself. i finally started listening to lauren about the food i was eating and about crossfit and was amazed at the results. i’ve lost over 30 pounds and am down to 10.4% body f*t (!!) much more importantly, i am happy! this has not just been a journey to lose weight - it has been so. much. more. i don’t even recognize the person in that first picture anymore. i’m so proud of what i have accomplished and beyond grateful for lauren, the body biz and crossfit. full mind and body transformation!” she also forgot to mention that i keep having to give her more food with a metabolism now like a furnace. love this special client and friend of mine. #proudcoach #bodybizmethod
