saludos queridos.
hemos aprendido cómo observar a nuestra mente, al no resistirnos a los pensamientos ni a las percepciones sensoriales.
esto abre la puerta hacia la consciencia del observador, concepto que preferimos que osho, te lo explique: “hay un cuervo graznando. tú estás escuchando. son dos: objeto y sujeto; pero, ¿no puedes ver un observador que está viendo a ambos? el cuervo, el que escucha y todavía hay alguien más que está observando a ambos.
estás viendo un árbol; tú estás ahí y el árbol está ahí; pero, ¿no puedes encontrar algo más? que tú estás viendo al árbol y que hay un espectador en ti que está viendo que tú estás viendo al árbol.
eres solamente un vigía en la cima, observando todo lo que pasa a tu alrededor; no eres el que hace, eres el que observa. ése es todo el secreto de la meditación, que te conviertes en el observador.” este observador es la consciencia divina de la cual formas parte, atestiguando tu pensar, tu sentir y tu actuar como individuo. es un estado de consciencia que siempre está ahí, esperando a que te des cuenta de él.
dur. ejercicio: 11 min
en postura de meditación, cierra tus ojos y comienza a respirar profundamente.
haz consciencia de las sensaciones que percibes cada vez que inhalas y cada vez que exhalas. en este momento sé el testigo de tu percepción y pensamientos. sin juicio, solamente observando.
ahora, visualiza que te miras desde un punto de vista que está fuera de ti, 45 grados arriba de tu nuca. es como si hubieras salido de tu cuerpo y “desde arriba” pudieras verte sentado mientras meditas.
no eres quien está meditando, eres quien te observa meditar, quien te observa pensar, quien te observa percibir.
al cumplir los 8 minutos, suelta esa visualización y regresa a inhalar y exhalar de forma natural mientras contemplas durante 3 minutos más lo que experimentaste hace un momento.
