Este es un pequeño avance desde que empezamos el reto fit en la oficina.. siento que no es mucho, que pudo ser más, pero bueno, luego de un viaje y 2 semanas enfermo no se puede pedir mucho..
son alrededor de 3-4kgs menos: un mes de dieta, y un mes y medio de retomar los entrenamientos haciendo funcional en mi casa y karate (un poco intermitente, pero ahí vamos 😂💪🏼)..
vamos por más este mes y medio que viene para ganar ese reto!!

Before asking this question. we need to know how and why and what... in other words we need more research on the cause of the problem.... including the numbers of working women in each sector... there are a lot of reasons behind this problem. such reasons been rooted long before and this problem is only the results of yesterday...
but there are a lot of things we should do now and today...
