Transformation tuesday.....the before action.
so today i got to sample a 10 minute and 15 minute sneak peak of our new workout available from january 14th. something new, something challenging and something that's going to be a lot of fun!
i love changing up my workouts and looking for something effective that i previously hadn't done. by the end of this 6 week program i hope to look back on this footage and see a stonger, quicker and more agile ๐Ÿผ....who wants to come on that journey with me?!??

#hairtransformation 2/2014(top left), 6/2014(middle top), 11/2016(right top), 12/2018 (bottom). my hair has gone though a lot since cancer. i used to have long below my shoulders hair to being bald and sparse to now the longest it’s been since 2014.

i don’t really miss my long hair. i kind of miss my bald head. it made me feel like a badass-thank you hollywood for making it more mainstream. [โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €]

Tuesday tip: fix your #textneck.
forward head posture caused by things like leaning your head down to use your phone can cause head and neck pain and can cause or exacerbate #tmjdisorder. some beginning #pilates exercises like the #wallstand can help.
stand with your back to the wall and place your heels right where the floor meets the wall. stand pressed against the wall from head to feet with the base of your skull, the backs of your shoulders, your seat, calves, and heels to the wall. hold the position for 60 seconds, wrapping your shoulders back and lengthening your spine upward. as you hold the position, press your arms lightly into the wall and see if you can press your skull and the length of your spine more and more firmly into the wall.
