Mindset monday and i had to tap into the mindset of "i get to" rather than "i have to workout" tonight.
week 4 day 1 finally in the books and what can only be described as a disgusting amount of reps. the camera caught the moment my triceps gave out on me in the burnout after the final set!
it doesn't matter how many times you fail as long as you get back up and keep going!

One of the best ways to get in tune with yourself, to silence the noise from the outside world, is to get outside. move your body. even if just for a quick 10 minutes a day.
commit to a practice of just moving your body.

It’s monday peeps!!! this is one of my fellow health coach monica!! her transformation is just incredible...here is just a sample of what she has to say... "i hated all the anxieties that came with being fat! no need to be pc, i can say that. i hated being fat!!!! look at my face on the left. i was worried about my thighs poking through the holes of that chair, cause if they did...well i was fat! at the same time consumed with my hair & makeup cause if they looked ok, i could convince myself i wasn't that fat. forget about the f word. i was unhealthy in the mind and body. any way you say it. if a picture is worth a thousand words. caption this one!!!!! the photo on the right. i'm pretending to be a model. lol me??? wow! that's funny. even funnier, i think i have potential!!!

Let’s talk about meal prep! if you have not jumped on the meal prep band wagon.. what are ya doin?! listen, i know.. meal prep takes time. but! it doesn’t have to take a ton of time! and! once your done.. your done for the whole week! sounds more like a time saver to me! burger bowls are on the menu for me this week. ground beef, jasmine rice, @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning, pickles, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard! yum! (might also swap out the ketchup and mustard for russian dressing some days too) #whatsforlunch #mealprepmondays .
