Join us this wednesday, september 26 from 10am-2pm as registered dietitian and certified gaps practitioner, danielle killeffer will be in-house providing complimentary ondamed demonstrations.
ondamed is a 2-in-1 biofeedback therapy that uses highly focused pulsed electromagnetic fields to assess the body for areas of inflammation, trauma, disease, and dysfunction while simultaneously stimulating tissues to heal. the vibration of cells created by ondamed also allows for the detoxification of heavy metals and other toxic wastes, enhancing the body’s metabolic process, thus improving absorption of important nutrients. therefore, everyone can benefit from ondamed but it is especially helpful for those with pain, insomnia, chronic disease, and acute injury.
danielle killeffer is a registered dietitian who specializes in gut health. after years of suffering from chronic back pain, insomnia, and depression, she found healing and relief through the gaps nutritional protocol. although gaps was helpful at relieving the majority of her health problems, she was still left with chronic fatigue. that is when she discovered ondamed and her renewed energy and zest for life. now danielle is compelled to help others get their life back through ondamed and eating a nutrient-rich diet.

Monday is kicking my tail. woke up with a nasty sick bug. 🤒 sore throat, headache, body aches, and cold chills. thankful my 3 year old has been fairly self sufficient as trying to rest with a young child is a challenge! i’m taking zicam , drinking echinacea tea, and have chicken soup going in the slow cooker. oh, and i’ll probably get one of these breathe easy candles out and inhale deeply to help clear out my sinuses. 🌿😊 be healthy and happy monday!!

Following a healthy lifestyle should mean less synthetics in your diet, not more. you shouldn't have to scrutinize the back of your supplements, hunting for all the hidden nasties. 42nutrition is pledging to always deliver on their promise of simple. ethical. clean.
but 'clean' is so often twisted and mis-used, so lets be transparent about what we mean when we say clean.
our supplements are always free from unnecessary additives, preservatives, fillers and flow agents. each is independently 3rd party tested, and we take great pride in ensuring that what you receive is transparently 'clean' and sourced directly from nature.
So this plexus thing sounds interesting but...
do i have to give up ice cream?
do i have to give up starbucks?
do i have to give up soda?
candy? pizza? coffee? nachos?
do i have to go on a diet?
⚡️the answer is no!
however 👉🏻 once you get your glucose levels a little more balanced, you will find that your cravings for unhealthy foods will change... it's just the way the body was created to work.
