Day 6 #giveyourselfasanas is twisted reclined pose with a topic of how i take care of my diet. i think today's topic is very important to me as well as with my kids. in my previous post, and shared stories, i shared what i ate and i even enrolled in the gym again. this comes with jotting down all the foods that i need to eat. it's really hard for me because i am the one who cooks in our family, and i am guilty that i give my kids what they only like and not one that benefits them. but now, i also considered in their daily foods a more portion of vegies and fruits. it is true that changing the food lifestyle is the real struggle. to be honest, sometimes i need to introduce the vegies to my kids, like you have to eat carrots- so you don't need derma soon when you get old, squash-so you will be able to see your bf/gf's face clearly when they cheat (i am like that to my kids because when i say squash good for eyesight, nah, they won't listen)... so i wish and i am doing my best to at least adding a nutritious food and its 'real' benefits that my family needs. . your lovely hosts🎄
