I love nuts, specially peanuts. i am intolerance to it, if i eat a lot i have itchy face but fortunately i can tolerate them in small amount. because i dont eat them a lot (couple of times a year) i get cravings. just like i did last week and the result is on the photo. :) raw peanut butter tart
the base is from ground almonds, coconut oil and maple syrup
filling is from cream cheese, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla protein powder
these are not only amazingly delicious but also super nutritious! made only with whole foods.
brownie ingredients: banana, cashew, almonds, almond meal, cocoa, date paste, oats and chia seed. served with a blackberry cashew sauce (cashews, date paste, blackberries and water). no oils, processed foods or added sugar. they are decadent but also importantly guilt-free!

1/4 cup @niulife melted coconut butter
1/4 cup rice malt syrup

presna tortica s kokosom in gozdnimi sadezi
- 90g namocenih indijskih oresckov
- 90g mandljev
- 150g dateljev
- 3 zlice mleka (ali kokosovega olja, jaz sem uporabila mleko)
- 200g pasirane lahke skute
- 500g grskega jogurta
- 2 zlice chia s***n - 150g bio kokosove moke (fino mlete)
- 80g namocenih indijskih oresckov
- 180g zmrzjenih gozdnih sadezev - 80g mandljev
- sok polovice limone
- 2 zlice chia semen
- 5 zlic stevije ali drugega sladila (med, agavin sirup,...) .
postopek: indijske orescke prej namakas v vodi 6ur. sestavine za vsako plast posebej zmiksas, preneses v model za torte in lepo razporedis. plasti nalagas eno vrh druge. sestavljeno tortico pustis v hladilniku cez noc😋👌
