couch potato: cbd infused potato chip ice cream, choc covered pretzels, roasted peanuts, marshmallows, caramel swirl. i didn't detect much of the pchip flavor in the base but that's ok i still liked it overall esp the mmallows. my only gripe is the pretzels were stale.
canadian breakfast: maple ic, pumpkin pancake, blueberry pomegranate syrup. i didn't like the syrup but liked the pp and loved the maple base 🍁

cilantro dressing is so good. i made it last week with the stems that were left over. i added just mayo, apple cider vinegar, lime, maple syrup, salt & pepper, and blended it up in my nutri-bullet 😄😙
this quick salad has romaine, spinach, tomatoes, smoked tofu, alfalfa sprouts, and walnuts. topped it off with cilantro dressing and a little bit of my homemade ranch dressing which is made the same way minus the cilantro and pepper. if you add trader joe's garlic salt with grinder it taste amazing!! 👌💚🌱
2 lbs of fresh figs, any variety
1/2 c raw macadamia nuts
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 dime sized sliver of garlic
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp raw honey (optl) you can use alternative sweetener.
addl. raw honey for drizzling. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
to make the macadamia cheese, blend macadamia nuts, lemon juice, olive oil, honey and garlic in the blender until smooth and creamy. set aside in fridge to cool.
slice figs and arrange on plate.
top with a dollop of macadamia cheese and a sprinkle of rosemary. finish with a drizzle of raw honey and enjoy!
