For the coffee fans, we present our #espresso. these are made using canberra coffee roaster wagonga coffee beans (the fairtrade, sumatran mandheling organic ones!) infused in cream, butter and chocolate callets. mmmmm. 😊☕💛
Just some current dry goods necessities / addictions (crackers and mangoes😋#nopreservatives ) that were either on sale, less expensive, or unavailable to buy in canada. especially some of the supplements. im close to the border, so it’s easy to get something shipped to a parcel pick up place across the border. i just have to fight the line ups or customs to get across sometimes. i usually get tea and dulse in bulk.
i’m going to try the cellfood sam-e (thank you @muneeza_medical_intuitive for implanting this in my mind), i tried a diff brand a long time ago.
supplements can be expensive.
most aren’t completely necessary, as it does ‘supplement’ your health (except b12 and zinc are impt). if you’re eating a lot of plant food and avoiding the foods that feed bacteria and viruses, that’s is less expensive🙂...but if you want to accelerate healing, or have brain related issues, they make a difference. it’s important to try & get ones without preservatives (ie citric acid); it counteracts the healing properties of the actual supplement. the ones i get (most, of not all), are recommended by @medicalmedium - on the website medicalmedium.com. if you’re a supplement hoarder like me, they are truly the best. i have lovely collection of #pureencapsulation bottles 😬
