granola can be found in the previous post. 🍍 1 cup of oats soaked for at least an hour with milk that covers the top of the oats.
🍍 1 t of maca powder.
🍍 1 to 2 t of rice malt syrup.
🍍 1 tsp of cinnamon.
🍍warm up in a pan until everything mixes. .

Creamy cashew butter oatmeal with the jammiest chia jam! 🥣😋🍓had loads of this dreamy strawberry jam to use up from my last recipe, so today was the perfect day for a comforting bowl of oats. chia jam takes minutes to prepare, is sugar free and so fruity, i love it! 😍 posting the recipe for the oatmeal and jam below, for everyone who missed it on my stories! if you don’t have strawberries, use blueberries, blackberries or raspberries! ❣️happy saturday! i’m off to the market and to hunt down some sushi 😛xoxoxo

cashew butter oatmeal
.
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 banana
1 tsp cashew butter
1.5 cups non dairy milk (i used cashew)
1 tsp vanilla extract

strawberry chia jam
.
1.5 cups strawberries, chopped
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp lemon juice
.
prepare jam by adding strawberries to a small pan over a low heat. simmer for 5-10 mins, until bubbling and starting to soften. remove from the heat and mash a little with a fork. stir through chia seeds and lemon juice and allow to cool before transferring to a jar. keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
for the oatmeal, add oats, banana, cashew butter and non dairy milk to a small pan and mash banana with a fork to combine with everything else. simmer gently for five mins, until thick and creamy.

receta
200gr de manteca
1 taza de azúcar
10 cdas de leche
8 cdas de cacao (use nesquik)
1 y 1/2 taza de avena instantánea (aproximadamente)
entre 1 y 2 paquetes de criollitas .
calentar en una ollita la manteca con el azúcar, agregar la leche y el nesquik. una vez todo integrado ir agregando la avena hasta que se espese. retirar del fuego.
en una budinera de silicona o forrada con film, intercalar capas de criollitas con el relleno. llevar a la heladera mínimo 3 horas. cuanto más frío más rico! háganme caso y pruébenlo, es una delicia!! .

i love that easy summer breakfast! for the oo, i add oats into a bowl with a tbsp shredded coconut and cover them with coconut beverage and 2 tbsp of regular coconut milk, mix well and let sit in the fridge overnight 👌🏼
