👶🏼 41 weeks 👶🏼 feeling fabulously good at 41 weeks pregnant. plenty of energy and i’m still getting 8-10 hours of sleep a night. gotta put that down to guided meditation and a healthy lifestyle. 🌱 🍊🥑🥦 also feeling pretty happy that my midwifes called me and said that they are happy to let me go over as long as i like and i can stay in the birthing centre 🙌🏾😊 he comes when he comes and i’m happy to wait., but thankful that i’m not getting any pressure put on me to induce 🙏🏽 #butdohurryup lol because i’m dying to meet you!

people are eating less fruit than ever before, yet chronic illness (chronic fatigue, brain fog, depression, anxiety, heart palpitations, acne, diabetes, eczema) and even more symptoms people are dealing with are at an all time high right there along with obesity.

3 tbsp olive oil
1 basil to taste
himalayan sea salt to taste
garlic clove smashed
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
mix all together and enjoy in less then 5 minutes.

• diffuse at night to calm a restless baby or child.
