Documentary film "scalia: portrait of a man & jurist" produced by mad universe is out! i composed some of the music and recorded violins for it including the main opening title track🎼
this film's been shown at law schools across the nation including @yalelawschool and has been receiving praises for its non-political approach. whatever your political leanings are or any assumptions you've made ab him, it's an eye opening look into antonin scalia and his life through his colleagues (including five sitting supreme court justices) and scalia family. worth a watch!👁⚖️
available on @itunes@hulu@amazon and @bestbuy 🎬🇺🇸

...from the originalist perspective it’s clear that the organic architecture and biomorphic design hardly were any news, one can just look at art nouveau and see two different directions one a 90 degrees “square” repeated version and a second “organic” version, but when architect mies van der rohe planned an organic skyscraper in glass old ideas suddenly were far modern in style, that’s how an “internationalist” of the new more modern style translated old ideas, mies van der rohe is in my perception “the originalist of organic architecture” within the international style.
hugo häring’s theories on organic architecture influenced great architects like hans scharoun and alvar aalto more about them in the next post.
the painting “la mancha roja” by joan miro from the year 1925 doesn’t really belong to “the international style” i just wanted to show how art sometimes “coincidentally” appears in other art forms, but that the painting most certainly pleased those who developed modern organic architecture or biomorphic design during my originalist timeline “1921 - 1939”
