protein 35 carbs 10 f*t 35
serves 1

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ ingredients
3 eggs free range / pasture raised
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coconut oil
50 grams wild sockeye salmon (i used @leapwildsalmon )
1 avocado
splash of lemon juice
fresh basil
nigella seeds

if you want to reduce the calories.
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ 3 eggs
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ 1/2 avocado

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ recipe.
1. heat pan to medium heat. add the cumin seeds to release their essential oils for a 2 mins
2. add the coconut oil
3. whisk the eggs then add to the pan.
4. slowly fold in the sides to the middle in a thick , clockwise fashion.
5. turn off heat just when 80% cooked or set. the residue heat will continue cooking the eggs.
6. add the avocado
7. add the wild smoked salmon.
8. add the garnish being fresh basil, nigella seeds, extra cumin seeds, lemon juice & season to taste ✨
