Week 7: vegan week - prue leith’s vegan tropical pavlova.... (late as i was away last weekend) i was surprised that the aquafaba actually did turn into meringue! sadly my dinner interrupted the crucial piping step in the first batch resulting in the meringue liquefying! 🤦🏻♀️second batch i didn’t make the same mistake and they turned out looking pretty good, just a shame they didn’t make it off the baking trays intact! 😩the coconut pastry cream i think was a bit thick but tasted good (if you like coconut!). forgot to take a picture of the mango coulis altogether! 🤦🏻♀️ #gbbo2018#gbbobakealong#technicalchallenge#veganweek#vegan#meringue#pavlova#etonmess#betterlatethannever
