who doesn’t love 360s?! the bread and butter movement of the steel mace!

something that took me a while to notice in myself, and that i sometime see with other people, is not packing the shoulders down/driving the elbows hard enough when bringing the mace back to the starting position. this can be a problem because it will put your shoulders into a rounded position and reinforce an inefficient, and sad ๐Ÿ˜ข, posture. trying to move from that rounded posture may also cause impingement (pinching at the front of the shoulder), or lose of control of the mace ๐Ÿ˜ฑ!!!
drive them elbows and pack them lats!!!
