360 technique tip!!!
who doesn’t love 360s?! the bread and butter movement of the steel mace!
something that took me a while to notice in myself, and that i sometime see with other people, is not packing the shoulders down/driving the elbows hard enough when bringing the mace back to the starting position. this can be a problem because it will put your shoulders into a rounded position and reinforce an inefficient, and sad 😢, posture. trying to move from that rounded posture may also cause impingement (pinching at the front of the shoulder), or lose of control of the mace 😱!!!
drive them elbows and pack them lats!!!

Guess how much progress you can make when you are spending time dwelling on yesterday?
if you answered none, you would be correct.
if you messed up on your diet yesterday, learn and move on quickly!
if you missed your workout yesterday, learn and make sure you put it in your schedule and get it done today!
if you had a c****y sleep last night and didn't get your 8hrs make sure you mitigate distractions and get to bed earlier tonight!
if you didn't drink enough water yesterday, make sure to drink more today.
every loss is a lesson... every faliure is an investment in your education!

for real though, you can't change the past unless you had a time machine and you probably don't... you can only learn from it and accept it, because it made you who you are right up to this moment.
however in this moment right now you can make a change for the better.
let go of yesterday, it can't be changed.
learn from it, move on from it, grow from it but don't dwell on it.
life is precious and our most valuable asset on earth is our time so please don't waste a second of it dwelling on something you cannot change.

❌ don’t jump from diet to diet or fad to fad. 👎🏼
❌ you don’t need the newest and trendiest magic pill to loose weight. 👎🏼
✅ you need a well balanced diet consisting of whole foods that nourish your body 🍏
✅ you need #consistancy - i can’t stress this enough. 👋🏼
✅ monitor your progress. take progress photos and measurement every 2 weeks, then make small calorie/macronutrient changes to your current diet accordingly (if needed at all). 📝
⚠️ side note; you should never feel hungry when trying to loose weight. if you’re getting hungry, then the diet isn’t quite right. dropping bodyfat is about eating the right foods to fuel your body... not starving it✌🏼
