New back squat pr to finish off the weekend. need a lot of improvement if i want to hit this 335 lift again. dropped forward at the beginning of the ascent and let my elbows come back then had to push through my toes to finish it out.
i can pick it apart and say that i have work to do until i’m blue in the face. drop the weight and work on the techniques more. quality over quantity.
i’m happy overall with the progress that i’m making but as i always say... i still have a lot of work to do.
