Our final #dimsumtapas dinner is going to one to remember! chef @tommyhabetz of @bunksandwiches and @pizzajerkpdx will present a menu in the service style of dim sum with tapas inspired by italy and influenced by his career in kitchens such as italian restaurant pó, joe bastianich’s roman trattoria lupa where he trained with acclaimed chef paola di mauro, tuscan restaurant lucca, and portland restaurants lucere, genoa, and navarre.
