🍔 kbbq burger 🔥
this weekend, we had a bbq with friends and it was my job to serve the main course. well, i couldn't resist to improve the last version of bulgogi sandwich. so i brought some brioche buns, fine cut bulgogi roastbeef, pak choi and a korean style relish made of choped kkakdugi, kimchi, gochujang and maple syrup. we also had a incredible vegan japchae made by @lenikathrina and a perfect wild berries cheese cake made by @chriminime for desert.
