Good morning! i took a little break from ig this weekend to spend time with family but now i’m back! starting off with two @bethesdafarm local organic pasture raised fried eggs with @bluemoose lemon turmeric hummus and tomato on toasted sourdough, arugula salad and olives. i hope you have a great day!

Post-hike lunch tostada!😎 crisped up a @sietefoods tortilla in a pan with olive oil then spread some vegan pesto on top and added black beans, broccoli, mushroom, microgreens, and @traderjoes fall harvest salsa. also snacked on a whole lot of pretzels, that hilly 9 mile trail this morning wiped me outtt. spending the rest of my sunday relaxing and working on assignments. hope y’all enjoyed your weekend! #cleaneatsbytay

quick and easy blender pancakes topped with bananas, maple syrup and chocolate!😋❤️ recipe below!⇩have a lovely sunday!
pannkakor toppade med banan, lönnsirap och choklad! ha en trevlig söndag!
blender pancakes (10 pancakes)
1 c all-purpose flour
1 c milk
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch salt
mix all ingredients in a blender until just combined. let sit for 10 minutes.
heat a non stick pan over medium heat and coat lightly with oil. spoon 1/4 c of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
cook until bubbles appear on top of the surface, then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

this picture was not taken today sadly 😟 but it was taken on friday! alan surprised me with a spontaneous date night to paradisos after our late workout sesh and you know this girl cant turn down a good margarita and mexican food!
the old me would have said no to spontaneously going out. i would have been obsessing about the calories i would have been eating and not enjoyed the moment. i also would have been experiencing a good amount of anxiety because it hadn't been planned out and not been able to appreciate the quality time.
i am thankful that my workout program liift4 allows for cheat days so i dont feel guilty for eating what i enjoy while still seeing and feeling changes. i am also thankful for beachbody and the amazing community of people i have connected with. being surrounded by so much positivity even improved alan and i's relationship! positivity has such a domino effect and it's amazing to see how its trickling into every aspect of my life 💕
