What are you reading at the moment?
i've tidied my bedside table to make going to bed more inviting! salt lamp, gratitude and random thought journal, booooks oh and a lovely piece of quartz cos crystals are yum. and usually a glass of water. i've tagged the books in the pic and below.
i love reading but i struggle to finish books, mainly because at any time of day it makes me fall asleep in no time! so it's a great tool for me at the moment when trying to make my sleep pattern better. i go to sleep with a mind full of inspiration or nuggets of knowledge rather than a mind full of thoughts and worries. sometimes i play a meditation audio too. what do you do before bed to get a good nights sleep?😚

@dddeshields, getting ready for an incredible season in turkey, is executing a swiss ball standing balance (with squats) as an excellent way to improve proprioception. there are proprioceptors located in the ear and are embedded deep in muscle tissue, as well as connective tissue i.e. ligament and tendon.
proprioception is the ability to sense stimuli arising within the body regarding position, motion, and equilibrium and understanding where the body/limbs are in space without looking. in addition,
swiss ball balancing is an excellent way to strengthen and tone core muscles (erector spinae, abdominals, obliques, etc). the isometric basketball holds add intensity, builds the deltoids and forces one to concentrate more deeply on maintaining balance.
