you never just "get over" past trauma because it's back to school season or it's time to clock in for work! or because you have a husband, wife or children.
you ever meet people who seem so miserable, sad, angry or pessimistic and you wonder how they developed that attitude? you ever meet people who seem so happy, optimistic, eager to please and ambitious and you wonder what drives them?
in either case, everyone has developed coping skills to be able to survive things their *childhood brain* taught them to fear (example: fear of failure). __
but because we stigmatize pain, "happy people" get praised and sadness gets scorned.
at some point, something can trigger even "successful people" to face the question: "how are you coping?" as a child we all developed fear of something but are we self aware?
change that narrative!
photo edits, vid, music by me as well.

"vincent hanna: you know, we are sitting here, you and i, like a couple of regular fellas. you do what you do, and i do what i gotta do. and now that we've been face to face, if i'm there and i gotta put you away, i won't like it. but i tell you, if it's between you and some poor b*****d whose wife you're gonna turn into a widow, brother, you are going down.
neil mccauley: there is a flip side to that coin. what if you do got me boxed in and i gotta put you down? cause no matter what, you will not get in my way. we've been face to face, yeah. but i will not hesitate. not for a second." - quote from 'heat' 1995
