It’s officially the first day of fall 🍂 celebrating this morning with a bowl of pumpkin spice cauli oats made with real pumpkin 🎃 and yes, this is my official announcement saying that all the fall recipes are coming your way 😏 i’m talking pumpkin, apple, spiced everything! so i held out for as long as i could and now i’m ready for everything and anything fall!.
enjoyed another slow morning with a little extra sleep after working straight up until bed time 😪 you guys know i’m pretty diligent about turning my screens off about an hour before i lay down (usually 8-830 every night) but lately i have just had so much to do that it hasnt been a priority 🙈 it happens, it’s life and i’m focusing on bringing reading > tv/laptop/social into my night time routine again!.
it is just a temporary season of life i’m in and i know it’ll be worth it when all is said an done, but taking care of myself during a busy season is just as important too ✨ happy friday! #fitstrongshann.

breakfast post @orangetheory 👉🏻 stovetop oatmeal: 1/2c instant oatmeal + 1c unsweetened almond milk + 1 scoop collagen peptides + 1/2 banana + cinnamon... topped with fruit, bee pollen, pb, & spicy roasted pecans (made by my mom 😘 recipe below!)
coat raw pecans in mixture of sea salt, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, a dash of tabasco, & a little unsalted butter... cook at 300f for 15 minutooo 💯

guys, they are so good! a sweet friend of mine, @michelleseywald ate three in a day (sorry meesh 😘) she also loves matcha more than me, so that might explain it. •••
here’s the recipe:
*2 flax seed eggs
*1/3 cup organic maple syrup
*1/4 cup coconut oil 🥥 *2 tbsp matcha of your choosing. i like @thematchareserve
* 1 scoop @furtherfood collagen (leave out if want fully vegan)
*2 tbsp coconut sugar
*1/3 cup sunflower butter
*1/4 cup coconut milk 🌴 *1 cup almond flour
*1/4 cup coconut flour
*1.5 tsp baking powder *dash organic cinnamon
*handful of carob chips
*preheat over to 350. mix wet ingredients and then add in dry. stir and place in lines muffin tins. bake for about 20 minutes! enjoy!
